Free courses
The foundation courses cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can stop any time.
Paid courses
A paid course is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — there is no recurring charge to cancel.
If you bought a paid course and haven't made meaningful progress through it, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. 'Meaningful progress' means completing a substantial share of the lessons or submitting graded assignments — access to the full material after significant use is the value you paid for.
How to request one
Contact us through the contact page or open a support ticket with your account email and the course. We aim to respond within a few working days.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment provider. How long it takes to appear depends on the provider and your bank.
When we can't refund
We generally can't refund a course you've substantially completed or earned a certificate in, a purchase outside the 14-day window, or a charge reversed through your bank while a request is already open with us.
Your statutory rights, where they apply, are not affected by this policy.
