Maby Academy is an education provider. We give you access to courses, assignments, certificates and a community. We are not a broker, an exchange, a fund, a wallet, or a financial adviser, and nothing here is a personal recommendation.

By creating an account and using the platform, you agree to these terms, to the risk disclosure, and to the financial education disclaimer.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything done under your account. Give us accurate information, and don't share your account or impersonate anyone.

You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to hold an account.

Use the platform for your own learning. Don't scrape or resell the courses, don't disrupt the service, don't upload malware, and don't harass other members. Community conduct is governed by the community guidelines.

Don't use the academy, its community, or its instructors' names to solicit money, promote investments, or run schemes. We remove accounts that do.

A certificate reflects work you completed under the conditions in force at the time. We can revoke a certificate obtained through fraud or a breach of these terms; a revoked certificate is marked revoked on its public page rather than deleted.

Some courses carry a one-time price shown before you enrol. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we don't store your card details. Refunds are governed by the refund policy.

The platform is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and education can never guarantee an outcome — financial or otherwise.

To the extent the law allows, Maby Academy is not liable for losses arising from your use of what you learn here, including any trading, investing or financial decisions, which are yours alone.

We may update these terms; material changes will be signposted. You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
