Lesson 1 of 40
📄 textFree previewWelcome — why health is position size
In trading there's a concept called position size — how much you put at risk on any one bet. Get it wrong and one bad day wipes you out, no matter how good your strategy is. Your health is the position size on your whole life. Neglect it, and a single health event can erase years of work in every other area. This course is about sizing that position properly.
What you'll be able to do
- Protect your sleep, the foundation almost everyone skips
- Move your body in a way that needs no gym and survives a busy week
- Eat for energy without dieting, counting, or misery
- Reclaim your attention from the machines built to steal it
- Regulate stress instead of being run by it
- Run on systems and identity rather than fragile motivation
What this course is not
It is not a punishing transformation programme, a diet, or a plan built for someone with two spare hours and a gym membership. Nobody here will tell you to suffer. The goal is a body and mind that can carry a big life — built through small changes you'll actually keep, because the best routine is the one you still do in month three.
One promise, stated once
This meets you where you are. Some of you are athletes tuning the last 10%; some haven't slept properly in years and feel foggy by mid-morning. The principles are the same; the starting line is not. Nothing here assumes you're already fit, disciplined, or well-rested. Where a step is easier from a stronger base, it says so plainly.
How the lessons work
Opening a page does not complete it. Almost every lesson has an exercise, and it only counts once you've done it and written up what happened. The write-up is private — nobody grades it and nobody reads it. It exists because you don't get healthier by reading; you get healthier by changing one small thing and noticing the result.
